After an up-and-down weekend on the road course at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway two weeks ago, Abel and the No. 51 Abel Construction/Crosley Brands team are ready for a strong rebound on a very different driving discipline

James Roe and Turn 3 Motorsport will return to Indianapolis this week to visit Lucas Oil Raceway for the first oval event and night race of the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires season.

After competing earlier this month on the Indianapolis Grand Prix road course in Speedway, Ind., drivers on the first two rungs of the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires open-wheel racing development ladder will be back in action this Friday, May 28, just a few miles to the west for their annual visit to Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis.

MVM drivers Jack William Miller and Kent Vaccaro are set to take on the short Lucas Oil Raceway for the first oval event of the season.

The triple header race weekend at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for Abel motorsports in the Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires is complete. Jacob Abel earned two top-10 finishes, just barely missing out on a pair of top-fives.
