Teen-aged New Yorker Max Esterson clinched the TireRack.com Road to Indy iRacing eSeries Presented by Cooper Tires crown with a fine victory in the first of today’s final two 20-minute simulated races at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Fellow iRacing expert Andre Castro, also from New York, took advantage of the reverse grid pole position to romp to a clear win in the finale.

The five-event, 10-race TireRack.com Road to Indy iRacing eSeries Presented by Cooper Tires will conclude virtually on the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this evening to settle a championship that has pitted current Road to Indy drivers against future series prospects. Six different drivers have claimed race wins with championship contenders Max Esterson and Braden Eves showcasing their skills with a pair of victories each.

Real-world Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires drivers Braden Eves and Toby Sowery each claimed a victory this evening at a virtual WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, but sim racing expert Max Esterson extended his points lead in the TireRack.com Road to Indy iRacing eSeries Presented by Cooper Tires with just two races remaining.

As driver program announcements continue in preparation for the start of the 2021 Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires season in April, competitors in its TireRack.com iRacing eSeries continue to heat up the virtual racing world. Two double-header rounds remain in the championship chase beginning with this evening’s fourth event to be held at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

Two dramatic virtual races on the Iowa Speedway oval provided a very different storyline for the TireRack.com Road to Indy iRacing eSeries Presented by Cooper Tires as NTT INDYCAR SERIES veteran James Davison, from Melbourne, Australia, and USF2000 aspirant Bryson Morris, from Mount Juliet, Tenn., each claimed a hard-earned victory.
