All cars in Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires, the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires and the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda will be outfitted with the latest Replay XD cameras – the smallest and lightest full HD video action camera on the market.

Andersen Promotions continues to make strides in its preparations to operate all three levels of the Mazda Road to Indy in 2014. The company today announced new hires in several key positions for Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires, the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires and the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda.

Judging by the results of the past two days at the Chris Griffis Memorial Mazda Road to Indy Test, the future looks extremely bright for the rejuvenated Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires. A different driver topped the timing charts in each of the four sessions at Barber Motorsports Park.

Teams and drivers from all three levels of the highly acclaimed Mazda Road to Indy have converged on Barber Motorsports Park near Birmingham, Ala., for the Chris Griffis Memorial Mazda Road to Indy Open Test. The two-day outing, which commences today, will provide an opportunity for several new team and driver combinations to gain a head start on their preparations for 2014 as others evaluate program possibilities for next season.

Andersen Promotions, which will operate all levels of the Mazda Road to Indy next year, today unveiled the 2014 schedule of events for the three series comprising the ladder system – Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires, Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires and Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda. For the first time since the inception of the Mazda Road to Indy as the official development series of INDYCAR in 2010, all races on next season’s calendar will be run in support of the IndyCar Series.
