Speedway, Ind. – The penultimate race weekend for Abel Motorsports in the 2021 Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires has arrived this weekend at the New Jersey Motorsports Park.

20-year-old Jacob Abel has previous experience on this 12-turn road course, including a 6th place finish in race two last year. With momentum under his belt, Abel heads into the triple header race weekend looking for podium finishes.

“I’m excited to get to New Jersey Motorsports Park this weekend. It’s going to be tough to go from an oval to a road course in less than a week, but I know my crew guys Greg and Dakota can do it. I feel like I’m good here, and with how we have performed so far in the season I am confident we can be in the hunt for some wins,” said Abel.

After a strong run at Gateway, Jacob Abel returns to New Jersey Motorsports Park 7th in the championship only four points out of 6th.
