With a fourth-place finish in the season opener under his belt, Juan Camilo Acosta of M1 Racing is ready to tackle his first street-course races ever this weekend as the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires supports the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg IZOD IndyCar Series season opener.

Andersen Promotions, promoters of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires and the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda, is pleased to announce that Allied Building Products has expanded its partnership and title race sponsorship for 2013 to include the Pro Mazda Series in addition to USF2000.

Matthew Brabham has been selected into the prestigious British Racing Drivers Club (BRDC) Rising Star program for 2013. Rising Stars membership is by strict invitation by the BRDC Rising Star Panel, adding yet another accolade for the young third generation driver, to go along with the Team USA Scholarship Matthew received in 2012.

Sage Karam, the third-place finisher in the 2012 Pro Mazda (formerly Star Mazda) Championship, will drive in the 2013 Firestone Indy Lights Series for Schmidt Peterson Motorsports (SPM).
