LORRAINE, Que., Canada – USF Pro 2000 Championships Presented by Cooper Tires rookie and Turn 3 Motorsport driver Louka St-Jean heads into the final two race events of the season, a back-to-back two-week stint first traveling to Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas, then making his way to the West Coast for the season finale at Portland International Raceway.
St-Jean is looking to put the last race weekend behind him after a couple of rough results on the Streets of Toronto. Confident heading into the final events of the current season, the young Canadian is hoping for solid results and to build momentum toward his 2024 campaign.
“After having a really character-building weekend in Toronto, I'm looking forward to Texas and Portland,” said St-Jean, who continues to grow and add to his partner program. “I know Texas well and have driven there before but Portland is unknown to me and will be a steep learning curve. Despite that, I’m very confident in my skills going into these last two rounds, and I know the Turn 3 Motorsport team will give me a quick car to get the job done.”
Since St-Jean leveled up to the USF Pro 2000 series from USF2000, he will not be in the running for the championship title this year but looks at this season as an opportunity to get ahead of his peers with a full focus on the 2024 season.
St-Jean will make his return to the 20-turn, 3.427-mile Formula 1-style track in Austin, Texas starting Friday for two pre-event test sessions before entering the official race weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
