Danny Dyszelski's goals for this weekend are to earn more podiums and move up in the championship standings

BELMONT, N.C.
– USF Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Continental Tires, part of the USF Pro Championships program, travels to Louisiana this weekend for an action-packed wheel-to-wheel weekend of racing at NOLA Motorsports Park. Turn 3 Motorsport driver Danny Dyszelski is looking to have continued success in rounds three, four and five of the 2024 season after a solid start on the Streets of St. Petersburg that included a podium result, his first in USF Pro 2000.

“Scoring a podium in St. Petersburg shows that we have the pace to fight at the front of the field,” Dyszelski said. “This weekend provides plenty of opportunities for strong results, and hopefully we can earn some more podiums and move up in the championship order. I have been to NOLA in the past and we tested well here, so the goals have been set high for this weekend.”

Dyszelski and the rest of the USF Pro 2000 field will take to the 2.74-mile, 13-turn track on Friday for three test sessions and the only official practice session of the weekend late in the day. On Saturday, the field will take part in two qualifying sessions and the first race of the weekend while races two and three are scheduled to take place on Sunday to complete round five of the 18-race campaign.

“We have a lot of track time this weekend, which is beneficial but also makes for a very busy weekend,” Dyszelski continued. “As long as we remain focused, I think we can have a really strong event and fight at the front of the field.”
