Canadian Garett Grist delivered the seventh podium of the season for Juncos Racing, claiming second in the Cooper Tires Freedom 90 at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis. Teammate Nicolas Dapero earned his best finish since joining the Mazda Road to Indy program, taking third in Round 7 of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires.

Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires rookie Jake Parsons had a strong and consistent first experience of U.S. oval racing, finishing fourth in the Cooper Tires Freedom 90 at Lucas Oil Raceway on Friday.

The seventh round of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires took place last Friday under the lights of Lucas Oil Raceway. The event took place as part of the Carb Night Classic “The Race Before the 500" down the road from the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Will Owen has fond memories of the event as he took second place last year in his rookie season of the Pro Mazda Championship.
