Anthony Martin scored a pair of fourth-place finishes for Cape Motorsports on the Indianapolis Grand Prix track to keep himself in the hunt for the title.

Team Pelfrey and drivers Nikita Lastochkin, Carlos Cunha and TJ Fischer claimed three podiums; two from Fischer and one from Cunha, who clinched his first podium finish of his career in the United States.

Bobby Eberle had a banner weekend at the Grand Prix of Indianapolis Presented by Royal Purple Synthetic Oil Supporting the Lupus Foundation of America, scoring eighth-place finishes in both races and keeping pace with the far younger drivers in the premier class of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires.
