WESTFIELD, Ind. – The USF Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires heads to Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park for the annual Carb Night Classic. This two-day race weekend is unlike the rest of the season in the sense that the magic of the month of May is in full swing, it’s only a two-day race event, and it's the only oval and night race on the 2023 schedule.
“There’s always something special about racing in Indy during the month of May and racing at Lucas Oil Raceway on an oval,” veteran driver Jack William Miller expressed. “We earned a top-10 result in 2022, but I think we’re in a good position going into this weekend to qualify and race well. Being a veteran, you already have some experience and a bit of skin in the game, and we’re going to use that to our advantage. Since this is the only oval of the season, it should be an interesting race.”
In their short two-day race weekend, Miller and his USF Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires counterparts will have a pair of test sessions and qualifying on Thursday followed by a practice session on Friday evening before their 90-lap night race at 9:30pm.
