Toronto, Ont., Canada -- The streets of Toronto Canada played host to Rounds 7 and 8 of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires this past weekend as part of the action-filled IZOD IndyCar weekend.

World Speed Motorsports driver Kyle Kaiser had a tough start to his weekend, but was able to secure two top five finishes. He also had an incredible start in the first race of the weekend. Kaiser started 10th, and before the end of the first lap was within reach of the leader.

"This was a tough weekend for us as the walls of Toronto bit us pretty hard on Friday, but Kyle did a great job Saturday finishing fifth after an amazing opening lap charge and then continuing to improve his times throughout the race," noted WSM Team Owner Telo Stewart. "Kyle kept up the momentum on Sunday, and brought us home another fifth place finish." Eight of sixteen races have been completed and Kaiser is currently in sixth in the championship points standings in his rookie season.

The series continues on July 18-21 with Round 9 and Round 10 at the Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park with the American Le Mans Series.
