Shelby Blackstock, No. 28 Starstruck
Blackstock's second-place finish marks the 23-year-old's highest career finish in the Pro Mazda Championship.
"Today was a great race. The two Andretti Autosport cars held the field throughout the race. Getting the team a one, two Andretti Autosport podium and a points' lead. This win definitely secures my teammate, Matt, to lead the series and me in the third spot for the start of the season. It was a solid race overall and a great podium for the team. Thank you to St. Petersburg, Pro Mazda Championship Series and Andretti Autosport for putting this race on and supporting us throughout the weekend."
Matthew Brabham, No. 83
Race Two's win on the streets of St. Petersburg is Brabham's third consecutive win during the 2013 season with Andretti Autosport.
"Today was fantastic. It’s awesome to get one, two for Andretti Autosport. This race just shows how hard the team has been working all week. The guys have been doing a great job in the pits and in preparing for St. Petersburg. Not only was it a great race, but it was a bonus to get the win and continue on this trend in the series; hopefully I keep getting the most points I possibly can in the Championship. This is one of those weekends where everything has fallen into place. We had a little bit of trouble in qualifying, but came out on top with the win."
