Shelby Blackstock, No. 28 Starstruck

  • Fresh off a third-place finish at Barber Motorsports Park
  • Holds the fifth spot in the championship points standings heading into the weekend

"I'm very excited to get on the new track at IMS. From what I've seen, it looks like a ton of fun and will make for some really good racing! The No. 28 Andretti Autosport Pro Mazda car has made some improvements since our time at Barber Motorsports Park, and we hope that they get us back on track. Let's go racing!"

Garett Grist, No. 27 Lander Property Management/Bell Helmets

  • Captured his career best finish to date at Barber with a seventh-place finish
  • Moves up to 11th in the championship points standings

"I'm looking forward to the Grand Prix of Indy this weekend. We're back to a track similar to a place like NOLA Motorsports Park, which we've had success on this year (Winterfest 2014). I think it will be a good weekend! We've been working really hard, so I think we're heading there with a good car. We're lucky to have quite a bit of practice the next few days, so it's great as it allows us to be able to make changes and fine tune everything. I have to thank Lander Property Management, Bell Helmets, DaVinci Foods, Sofina Foods, Sparco and the Andretti Autosport team for everything they've been doing for me and our Pro Mazda season together; I would't be here without them."
